Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Peaksters account and what happens to your data.

📱 How to delete your account

Open the Peaksters app on your device

Go to Settings (gear icon in top right)

If in Kid Mode, switch to Parent Mode using your PIN

Tap My Subscription

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm deletion in the popup

Legal/compliance records	Retained	Up to 3 years as required by law

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All linked child accounts will also be deleted. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

Email us with your registered email address and we'll process your request within 30 days.
