Disclaimer

Peaksters is a physical education platform — not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The content provided through Peaksters, including training programs and AI motion analysis feedback, is for educational and recreational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice.
Parental responsibility. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their child during all training activities and for ensuring the training environment is safe. Stop any activity immediately if the child experiences pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a healthcare professional.
AI limitations. The AI motion analysis system provides guidance based on movement detection and may not be accurate in all conditions. It is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical evaluation.
Assumption of risk. Physical activity involves inherent risks of injury. By using Peaksters, parents acknowledge these risks and take full responsibility for their child's participation.
Before You Get StartedPeaksters is a fun training app — not a medical app. All workouts are designed by a certified coach and are safe for kids.
A few things to keep in mind:
  • Parental supervision is required during all workouts
  • If anything hurts, stop and rest
  • The AI coach works best in a bright room with the phone facing forward

About Your AI Coach
How it works
The phone camera watches your child's movement during training. The AI checks if exercises are done correctly by tracking arms, legs, and back — then gives instant tips if something's off.
  • No video is saved or sent anywhere — everything stays on your device
  • The AI sees body position only — it does not recognise your child's face or identity
  • Built on Google MediaPipe — a separate model is trained for each exercise
When tips may be less accurate
In good conditions the AI is accurate in more than 9 out of 10 cases. Accuracy can drop if:
  • The room is too dark or very bright light is pointing directly at the camera
  • The exercise is performed too fast or too slow
  • The phone is at a side angle, too close, or too far away
  • Other people or objects are in the frame
  • Clothing hides the body shape (e.g. very baggy)

You're always in control
The AI suggests — it never forces.
  • Don't want AI recommendations? Deny camera access and pick exercises manually
  • Want to skip an exercise? Tap the forward arrow next to the exercise name — no explanation needed, anytime
  • Want to stop training? Close the screen or tap "End workout" in the top left corner — anytime, no penalty
  • Something feels off? The AI gives specific cues like "Straighten your back" or "Lower your knee" — never just a buzzer
For parents: your child is always in control of their workout. If a tip feels wrong, report it via Settings → Need Help.
When to see a real coach or doctor
Stop immediately and rest if your child feels sharp pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, chest discomfort, or nausea.
The AI coach is a helper — not a replacement for a real specialist. Please consult a doctor before training if your child:
  • Has an injury, chronic condition, or medical contraindication
  • Is recovering from illness or surgery
  • Feels pain or discomfort during exercise
Peaksters is a physical education platform — not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. If your child has any health restrictions, we recommend getting medical clearance before starting.
