That’s why Peaksters was born — a warm, gentle way to support kids. Just 15 minutes a day to build a stronger body so sport feels joyful again, not like a fight. So every child can say: “I can.”
And for parents — life becomes a little easier. Nothing to organise. Just open the report and watch your child grow stronger.
The one big question: How can kids lose what they love so quickly? Coaches around the world kept telling me the same thing: there’s no time to teach kids the basics —which means no protection from injuries, burnout, or lost confidence.
And that’s when I realised: kids don’t quit sport. Sport quits them — too early, without a foundation. And when that happens, we don’t just lose future athletes. We lose something far more important: health, resilience, and the belief that they can get back up after things go wrong.
When I was 13, an injury took my sport away — and it felt like it took a part of me too.
Years later, when I saw my hockey-playing son’s back starting to curve, I felt that same fear again. The sleepless nights.

faq
How is Peaksters different from regular workout videos?
A workout video just shows what to do. Peaksters actually coaches your child. Our AI sees their movement and gives instant, gentle feedback: “Back straighter.”, “Soft knees.”, “Great job — keep going!” And it’s trained with principles of child psychology — always kind, always patient, never tired, never in a bad mood.
It’s a coach who: • works only with your child • supports them at their own pace • celebrates every tiny win • is available anytime, anywhere This isn’t fitness content. This is a personal coach in your pocket — designed just for your child.
Is Peaksters good for kids who don’t do sports?
Absolutely. Kids today run less, sit more, and bend over screens all day — hello slouching, weak muscles, low energy, extra weight, and zero stamina. Peaksters is the tiny daily dose of movement that “wakes up” the body again: helping posture, boosting energy, and preventing the usual issues of a sedentary lifestyle.
And It’s 1-on-1, private, no audience. They can start slowly, safely, and confidently. For kids outside of sports, movement is like brushing teeth — not a wish, but a basic need.
My child already trains 4–6 times a week. Why do they need Peaksters too?
Sport practice is for the game and the tactics — there’s almost never time to teach basic movement skills. Peaksters is the school of movement: where kids learn where to put their attention, how to hold their core, how to coordinate arms and legs so their whole body works together. This is what helps them grow stronger, stay in their sport longer, and reduce the risk of injuries. And as a bonus — they build a balanced, healthy body for life.
You might think your child is “already doing the basics”… but most common activities are not foundations: "15 minutes of running" — that's not foundations "Lifting weights" — not foundations for kids "Warm-up before training" — not foundations "Push-ups and squats" - not foundations "Sport-specific drills" — still not foundations.
How long is one session? And how often should kids train?
Just 15 minutes a day. No travel. No gym bags. No stress. Your child can train at home — before school, after school, even between homework sessions. Minimum time, maximum impact. 3–5 times a week is perfect: short, regular, and effective. The body will thank you.
What skills does Peaksters develop?
All of this strengthens the core, joints, ligaments, and even improves things like digestion and focus. A strong foundation means your child handles sport, daily life, and even surprise moments — slipping, tripping, falling — with much less risk.
Peaksters builds the five key physical qualities every growing body needs: strength, endurance, speed , agility, flexibility. And the essential physical abilities: coordination , balance , reaction .
Are there age limits?
Yes. Peaksters is designed for kids from age 6 — the perfect stage to build the movement foundation that supports lifelong health and confidence.
Are the workouts safe?
Yes. Peaksters is created with child-development experts and sports scientists. Every plan is age-appropriate, gentle, and progressive. AI helps guide technique in a soft, friendly way — we build strength without overload.
Can my child train if they sometimes feel knee or back discomfort?
If your child feels any pain — especially in the knees, back, or joints — the safest first step is to check with a doctor or specialist. Peaksters is designed for healthy kids and for light, everyday movement, but it is not a replacement for medical advice. Once a specialist confirms it’s safe to train, Peaksters can gently support posture, coordination, and overall body awareness. Safety always comes first.
What do we need to start? Do we need equipment?
Just a phone or tablet, two square metres of free space, and a child who’s at least a little curious. Everything else is inside the app.
What if my child doesn’t want to train?
Don’t say “Let’s work out.” Say: “Let’s complete a mission and earn a badge!” Peaksters is built like a game — levels, tasks, rewards. Kids often come “just to check it out”, and one minute later they’re balancing on one leg and giggling. Kids don’t love “exercise”… but they love winning. And Peaksters uses that to get them moving.
Can we try it for free?
Yes! There’s a free trial so your child can feel how fun, easy, and short it really is. Most kids open the app “just to see” — and suddenly they’re proudly completing their first mission.
